A voluntary discount applies for accommodation exceeding 7 nights but does not apply during the period May to September and other discounts and specials. Standard Prices will apply should the departures be earlier than the agreed date.

Reservations are subject to a deposit of 50%, on receipt of which you will receive your confirmation. The balance is payable on arrival. Reservations done less than 7 days prior to arrival are payable in full.
We accept all major credit cards, cash and electronic fund transfers. Bank charges and transfer fees are at your expense. The balance is payable on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
A percentage fee will be charged should you give notice less than the following days:
- 30 days = 25%
- 14 days = 50%
- 7 days = 100%
Arrival & Departure
You are welcome as from 15H00 and requested to clear the apartment by 10H00, unless otherwise arranged.

We are a swedish couple visiting South Africa for the third time and found a pearl on the net by the Asgard Accomodation. We found a fantastic place with appartment, garden, pool and a very nice couple who owned this place. We really liked our stay and if we return to South Africa we hope that we can stay at this place again- Many thanks to the family List who gave us this opportunity to stay in this fantastic place in 2011 for one month.
