The off-season discount applies to accommodation charges only and excludes the 2010 World cup
Extended Stays
A voluntary discount applies for accommodation exceeding 7 nights but does not apply during the period May to September and other discounts and specials.
2010 World cup
A minimum of 2 nights must be booked. No discounts apply during June and July 2010. Only a 100% deposits will confirm your reservation.

Promotional discounts will be advertised separately for special events which you can view in Things to do
Reservations are subject to a deposit of 50%, on receipt of which you will receive your confirmation. Reservations done less than 7 days prior to arrival are payable in full.
Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards, only cash and electronic fund transfers. Bank charges and transfer fees are at your expense. The balance is payable on arrival. (WC 2010 - see above)
Cancellation Policy
A percentage fee will be charged should you give notice less than the following days:
- 30 days = 25%
- 14 days = 50%
- 7 days = 100%
Arrival & Departure
You are welcome as from 15H00 and requested to clear the apartment by 10H00, unless otherwise arranged.
